TDM 12

【 Thank you for choosing the Golden Peacock, 5-star resort and casino. You are currently registered as a WILDCARD in our system.
As a token of appreciation to all of our guests, the house and resort have worked in collaboration with the all powerful system that transmigrates souls between worlds to bring you a special excursion! All are invited to participate in our limited time event, Tits out! A Sex Dungeon! where guests can shop, craft, adventure, treasure hunt, and battle.
During this event, sexual encounters with WILDCARD guests are worth double the payout, so please keep an eye out for our new arrivals! Other supplies, such as typically banned weapons, are also available.
We appreciate our low rank guests temporarily adjusting their living quarters to accommodate this delightful experience. Extra thanks to you for your generosity! 】

The dungeon is teeming with sexy monsters that need sLaying. All you need to do to sLay is to fuck them real good! Once satisfied, these sexy monsters may drop quality loot. Join in the hunt to sLay and consolidate drops with our guild! We're happy to make trades or buy.
Yaaassss sLay all day!
JOB POSTING ONE! BIG PAYOUT FOR EASY WORK!
I am a pharmacist looking for some brave adventurers willing to go down into the dungeon and collect dongle flower milk for me. I need at least 10 bottles! This is an important ingredient in one of my popular prescriptions. I am not athletic enough to go get it myself and my supplies are running low.
Please deliver all dongle flower milk to the medical shop in the northwest corner of the market. Please note, I need FULL bottles. Do not skimp or I won't pay!
JOB POSTING TWO! HELP A WOMAN'S GROWING BUSINESS!
I am a young lady looking to expand my make-up business. I heard rumors that there's water in the dungeon that could make an AMAZING base for make-up products. But it sounds like it's super scary in there and I don't want to go. Please, someone, help!
You can bring all bottles of dungeon water to the make-up booth in the southeast corner of the market. I'm willing to pay in chips or trade some of my current products. My face masks and nail polishes are really good!
JOB POSTING THREE! PLEASE DON'T ASK WHY!
Hello. I need many dungeon slime cores, so I am looking for everyone and anyone willing to go slime hunting and gather some for me. We can negotiate pay based upon the number of slime cores brought. Do not inquire what the slimes or their cores are needed for.
Please bring all slime and slime core deliveries to back door of the Dried and Baked Sundries shop. Thank you!
JOB POSTING FOUR! I WANT COLLECTABLES!
If you're going into the dungeon, I want collectables. If you find that fabled treasure room, bring me back something cool and shiny. I'm willing to pay good money! I don't care what it is as long as it's hard to get and I can brag to my friends about it.
You can find me drinking in the tavern. I'll be wearing expensive velvet and a tiny hat with a feather.

OOC NOTES
▶ All characters on the TDM are WILDCARDS, which means they have not yet been assigned a card value. Suits will not manifest until characters are accepted into the game.
▶ All TDMs are game canon. This TDM acts as the game's November event and is designed to provide content for players through the mods' December break. The marketplace and dungeon will ICly conclude on January 1st.
▶ Current characters may top level on the TDM. Any current characters posting to the TDM should note they are current in their subject header. The top level directory is for new characters only. We want to make sure new characters are prioritized and receive attention!
▶ Smut threads that take place on this TDM can be used for rewards. If both parties in the smut thread join the game, you may retroactively apply the character's initial card values to your 52 bank. If one character does not join the game the thread will not be applicable toward rewards (as that character would not have a card value). The character that does join would still receive a small payout for the encounter. Hopefully it was a fun thread regardless!
▶ We ask you to kindly add content warnings to your threads as appropriate.
▶ If you do not currently have permissions and kinks listed in your character’s journal we suggest leaving a note in your top level of any limits or boundaries for other players to reference.

Arthur Lester | Malevolent | New Player
He wakes up when the temperature drops and it takes him a few moments to come to a couple of truths. The first is that he is royally fucked. The second is that he’s alone. No John. No - nothing. Just him. Here. Blind and cold despite the fact that he’s dressed in some sort of costume resembling, he can only imagine, a snake.
He makes it right to the edge of one of the bridges before he falters, arms around his body. He doesn’t trust himself to walk off the goddamn cliff. He just - he can wait.
Just a few minutes. Right here on the ground.
-upper dungeon; floor three-
This isn’t at all like the Dreamlands, and yet - he wouldn’t be surprised if this was some fucking offshoot of it. The forest around him, though he can’t see it, seems particularly inclined to make his life worse, like everything else in this godforsaken place.
Obviously, he has no idea what it is that sends a quick, leafy caress along his cheek. Arthur lashes out with a cry, falling flat on his ass as he trips over a particularly tricky root. Fortunately, the jolt slows him down just enough that he takes a breath and assesses instead of trying to find an axe and instead walking off of some stupid cliff.
He stands up, ready to face whatever comes. Even as a branch, unseen, touches along his back and he turns to swipe it away.
- lower dungeon; chamber one -
He’s fallen plenty of times in his life, especially over the last - well, if they don’t count the pits, then it really hasn’t been that long.
And Arthur chooses not to count the pits.
He coughs a little after the booming voice gives its direction. Emotionally vulnerable?
He would almost rather die.
Almost.
“Well, let’s get this over with.”

[Hit me up at
[OOC Note: New player/new character! I don’t have a kink or permission list, but hit me up with whatever! I’ll go with anything. For right now, it’s unlikely to go anywhere too deep, but I am open to anything! Arthur is blind and does have a bit of scarring, which I’ll get to if it comes up!]
upper dungeon | floor two
He's not sure what it is, whether it's something with the resort or not, but everything has felt hazy and off, like Horig's spell all over again.
...the idea is deeply uncomfortable, considering what he came here from, and even more uncomfortable given- Wait, did that-
Did that really happen? He's suddenly unsure. He's had dreams of Arthur appearing: in a hallway of portraits, on a moonlit lake at the campgrounds. Perhaps he's making it happen, forming it like a phantom presence in the Dreamlands, or something else from this place. Here, now, though, he feels more awake and clear than he has in months... though that might just be the chill.
It reminds him uncomfortably of Addison. Enough so that he actually stumbles into the man sitting in front of the bridge, a man seemingly made of skin and bone and-
What the fucking fuck-
"Arthur?!"
Re: upper dungeon | floor two
"J - John?"
His voice comes out softer as he uncurls. "What's going on?"
Re: upper dungeon | floor two
Christ, Arthur in a tight outfit. His head is going places and he needs it to get it together to figure this out!
Then there's just-
"I-I'm not entirely sure, Arthur. I can tell you what I know." He reaches down, over and offers his hand. Arthur is no doubt still blind, given how long he's had since he woke up in this place himself, less than a day at least, which means he's going to need guidance. He's not inside of his head but he can still provide that.
"Her-here. Take my hand. Come on. It'll be easier to walk if we're together."
Re: upper dungeon | floor two
How can he take his hand? How does he know that this is John when John has always been with him?
He just got him back, dammit! He shouldn't have to worry about losing him again.
Hesitantly, he reaches a hand out towards the voice that's so familiar.
Re: upper dungeon | floor two
"Arthur..."
And he will most certainly help him to stand before he can no longer help himself and the other arm is going around him, the name turning much more plaintive.
"Arthur!"
He's no stranger to having Arthurs, multiple, brought to him, and to having them disappear. But he is thankful, grateful, relieved that he has no memories of rage, no memories of violence. He knows, at least, with as much finality as he has on anything that he has not so much as hurt any of them. And that is such a relief.
Re: upper dungeon | floor two
"I thought I lost you again," he says, his voice barely above a whisper.
Re: upper dungeon | floor two
"You- you didn't, Arthur. You can't." That's the most important thing. That's the thing he clings to, tighter than the frail body in his arms. "I'll always make my way back to you."
No matter what he has to do.
No matter how long he has to wait.
Always. Always.
Re: upper dungeon | floor two
"We should keep moving," he says. "Or that damned wind will freeze us out."
He isn't sure where they're headed, but there is always the sense that he must keep pressing on. They cannot linger.
Re: upper dungeon | floor two
"Here, take this. Go on. We need to keep you warm."
The fact that he'll end up naked doesn't really bother him whatsoever. It's not as if Arthur can see, for one, and for another, most of the other people here just see that as making things that much easier to get started. John, thankfully, has no need for things like 'modesty' or 'propriety'. Between being a Great Old One and being the one generally associated with hedonism, ecstasy, and artists of all stripes-
Yeah, he can rock out with his cock out. It might as well just be another tentacle if it comes down to it.
He isn't letting go of Arthur, though. One hand is in his.
"Now we can go."
Re: upper dungeon | floor two
"John, are you - are you naked?"
He's said the word fuck with less shame than that.
For some reason, that distracts him more than the information he gleaned from the watch. He's standing next to John, in god knows what form, while Arthur himself is dressed in a slinky snake costume, covered in John's clothes. It's so fucking absurd that he almost laughs about it. If they weren't stuck on some strange cliffs with creaking bridges he can't goddamn see, then it might be funny. Maybe it will be funny later.
Right now, he doesn't want to think about it.
Re: upper dungeon | floor two
Fuck.
"Yes," is John's short, clipped answer. Yes, he is. Technically, he always is; clothing is not a separate thing for him. And he could, absolutely, make himself some clothing. He's hesitated on doing that, mostly because he's not sure if the hotel will... well, if the hotel will retaliate. So instead-
"Don't worry about it. I'm fine."
He knows after it leaves his mouth that Arthur is going to make a point of it, probably argue with him, but he's hoping he can-
"How about we get away from this area, over the bridge, and then we can talk about it, all right?"
Re: upper dungeon | floor two
"Where's the bridge?"
It's easier to navigate with John's hand in his, though the uneven ground presents an obstacle that Arthur has only barely managed to get through.
Re: upper dungeon | floor two
A pause.
"Given how this place works, touching it might make us... sleepy or more inclined to want to touch one another's skin or otherwise... be intimate." Beat. "Most things here do."
Re: upper dungeon | floor two
John's description soothes him enough that he steps to the edge of the bridge and finds the wooden slat with his bare foot.
"Let's make sure we stay on the bridge, then." And he grips John's hand tightly.
Re: upper dungeon | floor two
"Can you- that is, considering that I'm-" he swallows, "can you feel your toes? O-or my- your arm?"
Re: upper dungeon | floor two
The whole experience feels as if he has a link to John still, but that link is strained. And it isn't alleviated by having this John here.
Re: upper dungeon | floor two
Out here. In a body. Separate. He feels that distance too and it's uncomfortable.
"Once we're on stable ground, we can... go through some of it. This place, the body I'm in, what's... been happening lately." Beat. "We're almost to the other side. So far, so good."
Re: upper dungeon | floor two
Then fucking what.
"Let's just worry about the bridge first, John," he says quietly, under his breath as the wind picks up again. He wants to be off the damned thing before they get knocked into oblivion. Still, his hand grips John's tighter, as if afraid he might lose him, he might disappear soon.
He reaches out woth a foot and when it presses on solid ground again, he races forward a few steps, though never outside of John's reach.
Re: upper dungeon | floor two
He's not sure. He'd pressed into the connection with Arthur before and now he's-
He swallows as they keep walking and when Arthur goes racing forward, he growls almost immediately.
"Arthur, what are you- where are you going?!"
Re: upper dungeon | floor two
Everything is pressing in on him and he hates it. John is naked. This place wants him to -
Well.
He does wait for him, though.
Re: upper dungeon | floor two
"What the fuck is that? Why did you- is it that big of a fucking deal to you?" And he'll hear John swear as he huffs and materializes something that he hopes won't aggravate the powers that control this place: a bathingsuits, of the style that is popular in their era, one he'd seen on an advertisement on the train. It's covering more skin than most of the outfits this place likes to put him in, probably knowing how little he cares about it, but it is at least skin tight. He'll let the material on his hip touch Arthur's fingers before he speaks, grumpy and frustrated.
"There. Better?" A growl before- "There's another fucking bridge not fifteen feet beyond where you are now. This place is practically more bridge than land."
Re: upper dungeon | floor two
"None of this is fucking better, John. So just - just get us somewhere safe, alright?"
Re: upper dungeon | floor two
"What the fuck does that mean, Arthur?" is growled back, but he doesn't actually wait for an answer. Instead, he's going to reach for Arthur's hand.
"I can see the pathway upwards. There's a few more of these bridges to cross. Just follow where I lead and we should be able to make it up just fine before the winds start up again, but there's also what looks like a camp in some ruins after the next bridge. If this tent is like the last one, it will probably withstand the wind just fine."
Re: upper dungeon | floor two
That's what he repeats to himself s they walk again, hand in hand. "I'm - sorry," he adds in after a pause. "This is a lot of information. We were supposed to be going back to the mines."
Meaning John had just talked him back from the brink. Meaning he had just gotten John back. Everything was supposed to work out.
