TDM 12

【 Thank you for choosing the Golden Peacock, 5-star resort and casino. You are currently registered as a WILDCARD in our system.
As a token of appreciation to all of our guests, the house and resort have worked in collaboration with the all powerful system that transmigrates souls between worlds to bring you a special excursion! All are invited to participate in our limited time event, Tits out! A Sex Dungeon! where guests can shop, craft, adventure, treasure hunt, and battle.
During this event, sexual encounters with WILDCARD guests are worth double the payout, so please keep an eye out for our new arrivals! Other supplies, such as typically banned weapons, are also available.
We appreciate our low rank guests temporarily adjusting their living quarters to accommodate this delightful experience. Extra thanks to you for your generosity! 】

Are you looking to make big coin? Do you have the strength and endurance to take on the dungeon? Then we want YOU to join our guild's quest to sLay!
The dungeon is teeming with sexy monsters that need sLaying. All you need to do to sLay is to fuck them real good! Once satisfied, these sexy monsters may drop quality loot. Join in the hunt to sLay and consolidate drops with our guild! We're happy to make trades or buy.
Yaaassss sLay all day!
JOB POSTING ONE! BIG PAYOUT FOR EASY WORK!
I am a pharmacist looking for some brave adventurers willing to go down into the dungeon and collect dongle flower milk for me. I need at least 10 bottles! This is an important ingredient in one of my popular prescriptions. I am not athletic enough to go get it myself and my supplies are running low.
Please deliver all dongle flower milk to the medical shop in the northwest corner of the market. Please note, I need FULL bottles. Do not skimp or I won't pay!
JOB POSTING TWO! HELP A WOMAN'S GROWING BUSINESS!
I am a young lady looking to expand my make-up business. I heard rumors that there's water in the dungeon that could make an AMAZING base for make-up products. But it sounds like it's super scary in there and I don't want to go. Please, someone, help!
You can bring all bottles of dungeon water to the make-up booth in the southeast corner of the market. I'm willing to pay in chips or trade some of my current products. My face masks and nail polishes are really good!
JOB POSTING THREE! PLEASE DON'T ASK WHY!
Hello. I need many dungeon slime cores, so I am looking for everyone and anyone willing to go slime hunting and gather some for me. We can negotiate pay based upon the number of slime cores brought. Do not inquire what the slimes or their cores are needed for.
Please bring all slime and slime core deliveries to back door of the Dried and Baked Sundries shop. Thank you!
JOB POSTING FOUR! I WANT COLLECTABLES!
If you're going into the dungeon, I want collectables. If you find that fabled treasure room, bring me back something cool and shiny. I'm willing to pay good money! I don't care what it is as long as it's hard to get and I can brag to my friends about it.
You can find me drinking in the tavern. I'll be wearing expensive velvet and a tiny hat with a feather.

▶ All characters on the TDM are WILDCARDS, which means they have not yet been assigned a card value. Suits will not manifest until characters are accepted into the game.
▶ All TDMs are game canon. This TDM acts as the game's November event and is designed to provide content for players through the mods' December break. The marketplace and dungeon will ICly conclude on January 1st.
▶ Current characters may top level on the TDM. Any current characters posting to the TDM should note they are current in their subject header. The top level directory is for new characters only. We want to make sure new characters are prioritized and receive attention!
▶ Smut threads that take place on this TDM can be used for rewards. If both parties in the smut thread join the game, you may retroactively apply the character's initial card values to your 52 bank. If one character does not join the game the thread will not be applicable toward rewards (as that character would not have a card value). The character that does join would still receive a small payout for the encounter. Hopefully it was a fun thread regardless!

▶ If you do not currently have permissions and kinks listed in your character’s journal we suggest leaving a note in your top level of any limits or boundaries for other players to reference.

Re: upper dungeon | floor two
He gives Arthur's hand a little squeeze and stays with his fingers looped in his.
"If we can earn some funds now, you'll have a good start at the casino once things return to normal."
Re: upper dungeon | floor two
He scrubs his face. "Alright. Let me get washed and then I need to sleep for a week."
Once he's clean and back in bed, sleep comes almost immediately. He doesn't dream of pleasantries or nightmares, but when he wakes a few hours later, he feels...mostly rested.
Until he realizes that he can see. That his sight is bright and clear and he is actually in a taverns inn and there is a bed with sheets that are clean and crisp and he can fucking see them.
"John."
- is who he is almost afraid to see. What if he isn't what he pictured? What if he is?
Re: upper dungeon | floor two
"Yes, Arthur?"
Not hazy or sleepy; John's clearly been awake the whole time. Just warm and content.
Re: upper dungeon | floor two
He's - splendid. He's settled there on the bed, dark hair splayed out like spilled ink on a canvas. He sits up, reaching down to trace his fingers along John's cheek, his beautiful face. He doesn't hesitate now to look down the rest of him, where coiled muscles form tightly underneath flawless skin. He isn't anything like what Arthur anticipated; he's more.
"'Bright star, would I were stedfast as thou art
Not in lone splendour hung aloft the night.
And watching, with eternal lids apart,
Like nature's patient, sleepless Eremite,
The moving waters at their priestlike task
Of pure ablution round earth's human shores,
Or gazing on the new soft-fallen mask
Of snow upon the mountains and the moors.'"
Re: upper dungeon | floor two
He reaches for words, for the poetry he's read in the library here, for the poetry Arthur has shared, and none of it feel sufficient in this moment. Instead, he simply lets Arthur's voice sink into him like sunlight as he reaches through the bond between them, offering instead a deep well of warm golden affection, the intensity of it balanced by the sweetness of the slow honey drip and how it clings. He says his name, out loud and in the bond between them.
Arthur... "Arthur..."
And in truth, that name holds all poetry, is every sweet word, serves to represent everything beautiful in this moment.
Re: upper dungeon | floor two
"You're - you're quite lovely, you know," he says softly. "Not what I thought but - but I really have nothing to base that on."
Re: upper dungeon | floor two
But then he looks confused.
"What did you think I'd look like?"
Re: upper dungeon | floor two
"Did you get to choose this form?"
Re: upper dungeon | floor two
Re: upper dungeon | floor two
"Do you know what you look like to me?"
Re: upper dungeon | floor two
He nods.
Then-
"Do you know what you look like to me?"
Re: upper dungeon | floor two
He'd been stuck with Yellow so long. Through so much. John being here now is a miracle still.
Re: upper dungeon | floor two
But he shakes his head. Then pauses.
"Well, yes," he'll admit, "but there's so much more there."
Re: upper dungeon | floor two
Re: upper dungeon | floor two
Because he does have words. Even if they aren't his.
He reaches over and puts his hand over one of Arthur's, careful not to brush the pinky as he starts to speak.
"somewhere i have never travelled, gladly beyond
any experience, your eyes have their silence:
in your most frail gesture are things which enclose me,
or which i cannot touch because they are too near
"your slightest look easily will unclose me
though i have closed myself as fingers,
you open always petal by petal myself as Spring opens
(touching skillfully, mysteriously) her first rose
"or if your wish be to close me, i and
my life will shut very beautifully, suddenly,
as when the heart of this flower imagines
the snow carefully everywhere descending;
"nothing which we are to perceive in this world equals
the power of your intense fragility: whose texture
compels me with the colour of its countries,
rendering death and forever with each breathing"
He closes his hand gently over Arthur's, and make sure he has his eyes as he speaks the last of it. Here, now. When he can look Arthur in the eye.
"(i do not know what it is about you that closes
and opens; only something in me understands
the voice of your eyes is deeper than all roses)
nobody, not even the rain, has such small hands"
Re: upper dungeon | floor two
"Since when did you learn poetry?" he asks, light and teasing, as if speaking too candidly might break the moment.
Re: upper dungeon | floor two
Re: upper dungeon | floor two
He leans in to pull him into a kiss. Borrowed words and poetry have their place, but some of the best parts of having John with him now is being able to hold him and touch him. "I have a lot to see, I think."
Re: upper dungeon | floor two
"We do, honestly," he says, sounding almost shy. "I haven't... explored as much as perhaps I should have." A swallow. "It felt... wrong, without you."
Re: upper dungeon | floor two
"It was only an inevitability," he points out. "We aren't ever apart for long."
He still, of course, does not know what happened to John while they were apart.
Re: upper dungeon | floor two
"Right."
Nope nope nope nope not saying anything.
Instead, he's going to nod against his neck and stay nestled in there, happy as a clam. A slightly anxious clam, but a clam all the same.
Re: upper dungeon | floor two
He knows John is ahead of him. He knows he has been through more. He hasn't quite figured out how, but he chalks it up to god shenanigans.
Re: upper dungeon | floor two
Or in this case, tens of thousands of them.
"A lot," is what he finally says, and it's clear Arthur is dragging it out of him. "I am- I am from further down our timeline than you are, clearly. I can see it on your body, scars that I knew now missing." A swallow. "I don't know why, or how, it's just... the truth."
Re: upper dungeon | floor two
He doesn't let go of him, choosing to hold him tightly against his chest.
Re: upper dungeon | floor two
"It was... longer. In the Dark World. For me than it was for you."
