★ Mating Season ★ is pleased to announce the start of nesting season in the Golden Peacock! This is a special time where guests are invited to join a series of competitive events to woo potential mates. Everyone is eager to find their perfect match and happy ending! 🍆 💦
Mating games will take place in various locations around the resort. Get ready to flash your feathers and present your courtship dance.
As a special introduction feature, all participants will be interviewed by a ★ Mating Season ★ staff member. Our sweet AI friend 🐦 CHIRPY 🐦 will generate a mate card that is likely to match your gameplay style.
Competitors will be able to browse potential mates on the ★ Mating Season ★ app to connect with those they would like to nest with!
Wildcards are an important part of nesting season. All guests that romantically match with a Wildcard during the games will be gifted a triple extra large payout for being chosen by the newest birds on the block.

OOC NOTES
▶ All characters on the TDM are WILDCARDS, which means they have not yet been assigned a card value. Suits will not manifest until characters are accepted into the game.
▶ All TDMs are game canon. This TDM acts as the game's May event.
▶ Current characters may top level on the TDM. Any current characters posting to the TDM should note they are current in their subject header.
▶ The top level directory is for new characters only. We want to make sure new characters are prioritized and receive attention! If you would be interested in a game invitation, you can note that in your comment header.

▶ Smut threads that take place on this TDM can be used for rewards. If both parties in the smut thread join the game, you may retroactively apply the character's initial card values to your 52 bank. If one character does not join the game the thread will not be applicable toward rewards (as that character would not have a card value). The character that does join would still receive a small payout for the encounter. Hopefully it was a fun thread regardless!

Kaveh had been quite the sight, however.
Perhaps the dress was… a touch more revealing than he suspects Kaveh might have selected for a public wedding in their home.
The thought is reevaluated as he considers the impressive slit Kaveh’s ordinarily wears down the back of his shirt in Sumeru. The front as well. He’s always been well manicured and stylish... and Alhaitham is perfectly familiar with the lingerie selection he keeps, delicate lace and patterns. Perhaps this dress is to his aesthetic tastes.
Contemplating the great, expansive glimpses of skin the dress offered is neither here nor there as he’s led into yet another game he didn’t consent to. He exhales a sigh through his nose as cold metal is fastened around his wrist.
Another moment later, they’re given the announcement that they’re free to undo their blindfolds and something poorly resembling instruction. As Alhaitham reaches behind his head to undo the loose knot of the blindfold, he becomes immediately aware of the resistance he meets, the chain rattling before pulling. The tension is at such an angle he considers precisely what placement that would suggest and is wholly unsurprised. Neither is he surprised when he bullies a little more length from the chain and gets his blindfold off — he drops the bit of cloth to the floor, his eyes finding the room pitch black.
He can’t see anything, not even right in front of his face.

Well. Kaveh is still trying to process it.
It started with him being slipped into a shirt and pants combo that seemed more like a dress than anything else, lacy and revealing and cut all the way down to his navel, showing off the twin piercings at his chest and trailing down long past his hips. It's not the first time the House has done mock weddings, and so he played along without too much of a fuss—only to find out at the altar that his husband was to be Alhaitham.
Perhaps he shouldn't have been as surprised as he was. The resort has had a penchant for throwing them together like this since the other returned. And it's not like he's complaining, besides. Alhaitham had been a fantastic husband in Goldeville, and even if he hadn't, he's still Alhaitham.
Kaveh found that, actually, he was a little excited. Being newlyweds meant, perhaps, a proper honeymoon, which—
apparently translates to them being separated and blindfolded and shoved into a room that is just as dark without the blindfold as it is with, and something metal wrapped around Kaveh's neck, which tenses and pulls when they're told they can take the blindfolds off. Kaveh is left with no idea where Alhaitham is, or what he's doing, and a sore neck as he yelps, dragged a little roughly as the person on the other half of it pulls for more chain. ]
Hey—! Be careful, would you? You'll choke me.
[ Gingerly, he raises a hand to his throat and rubs at the metal, frowning as he's quiet for a moment, processing what the voice has told them... and then sighing. ]
If it happens to be there, I'm at least going to need your name first.
