IC KINKS:
Knife play, blood play, noncon, gore, cannibalism--Akira is.. severely messed up. There's nothing he wants more when he's aroused than to cut people open and look at their insides, except maybe to taste them as well. However, he's also spent his entire life trying to get that under control, and at this stage won't acknowledge that it's anything more than a totally normal interest in medical things.
While I don't play him with the self awareness to recognize he actually has any kinks, he does seem particularly used to being tied up, or wearing a leash and harness. There's also a chance that his daughter's seen him wearing women's underwear, so take that how you will.
OOC KINKS: I do have a list over here, but I'm kind of more the "throw characters at each other and see what happens" type and don't expect to check any off, especially when they're the unpopular kinds like snowballing, watersports, or the long term thread commitment of corruption.
SCENARIOS: As above, a lot depends on the character matchup, so throw me a kink or two and I'll find something! Otherwise,

Let him notice he's more into police or handcuffs than he'd expected, or let him be oddly distracted while somewhere he can see his own reflection.
Or on a less serious note, I can't help thinking letting him take an overly clinical approach to helping with suit flares has a lot of potential for silliness. Look, the sex resort brought in a legitimate gynaecologist. If anyone can manage to make sex not sexual...
RESTRICTIONS: Mostly just the same as my kinks list, however anything's negotiable for handwaving or fading to black.
From an IC standpoint, Akira's only real limit is snuff, but threesomes or more that start to look nonconsensual will have him sending the offender to Broken Wing. He'll also refuse to sleep with human women without protection, due to a bigger risk than usual.

PARTNER PREFERENCES: He's open to everyone, regardless of age or species, but massive bonus points for anyone who'll also be his patient! He's not usually attracted to appearance or personality so much as the opportunity to learn new things, so those with a rare species or anything they can teach him are instantly top tier. If pressed for an answer, though, he does get a lot more excited by anything with skeletal features...
GENITALIA & GROOMING: Clean and uncut, regardless of form, although his real body seems to just be hairless naturally.
UNDERGARMENTS & SLEEPWEAR: Boxer briefs. He does own pajamas, but when he actually makes it to bed, it's usually just any comfy t-shirt and pants. They might also be a couple sizes too big for him depending on the day. Don't worry about it.
SLEEP HABITS: Akira's not opposed to staying in bed after sex, but friendly as he is, he's not genuinely affectionate, either. So nevermind big spoon or little spoon, he's rolled over and passed out and not waking back up until someone's pulled him out of bed and dressed him. Good luck to his partner if it happens in their room!
That said, due to how difficult he is to wake up, I see him being somewhat cuddly in the mornings, even if only as another way to stay put by forcibly keeping his partner in bed as well.
Otherwise, his day-to-day tends to be more.. forgetting to sleep and then crashing wherever it happens, be it somewhere appropriate or in the middle of some hallway.
What is listening to your own body when there's other people to look after?MASTURBATION: Rare for how constantly horny he is-- partly due to ignoring himself as above, but also due to psychological issues and a heavily ingrained need to seek out specific outlets when aroused.
