LORD OF THE WINGS
AN EPIC (AND SEXY) JOURNEY
【 Once upon a time, in a magical land far, far away...
The Lord of the Wings, a massive dragon with no equal, demanded a bride tribute from all of the kingdoms across the continent. Every month each province was required to send their most beautiful men and women to become the dragon's next bride(s). Ever greedy, the dragon was not satisfied with having one bride. Not with twelve brides, nor two hundred brides. The dragon always demanded more. The number of hot people around to bang dwindled. Things were looking grim.
Soon, a group of brave warriors gathered to travel the lands and slay this dragon. They enjoyed adventures of fucking their way through sirens, fucking their way though the faeries, and fucking their way through the mage school and beastmen tribes. They reached the dragon's crystal lair where the dragon, who took beautiful humanoid form, approached them.
The dragon promised that if any warrior could satisfy them sexually, they would return all of the brides to their homes. Each warrior took a turn trying to satisfy the dragon — but only with their efforts combined in one massive orgy was the dragon finally satisfied.
All of the brides were released and the warriors moved into the crystal lair to live a loving polyamorous relationship with the dragon. All was well. The end. 】
STAR WARBLERS
A THRILLING (AND SEXY) SPACE OPERA
【 Once upon a time, in a galaxy, far away...
The Palm Warblers and the Pine Warblers, two different legions of the massive Warbler fleet, began to battle. Whenever their ships would meet in space they would fight with the winner taking prisoners of war. After one such battle, a captured Captain of the Palm Warbler legion held in prison met a Lieutenant of the Pine Warbler tribe. After some rivalry, the two fell deeply in love.
They had a ton of kinky prison sex. However, the two were not satisfied with fucking between prison bars. They wanted to properly marry. But how could they with their two legions at war?
They each gathered friends and more sex was had between all. More matches between the Palms and the Pines happened, leading to even more kinky space sex. Bolstered by friendship and newfound fetishes, they gripped their laser guns and seized the science lab where some important keystone gemstone was being examined and researched by space scientists. This stone was very important for the future breeding of the Warbler race.
By holding the lab hostage, the ship's Commander put down their weapons and handed over the keys. The Palm Captain and the Pine Lieutenant held hands as they steered the ship off to find a new planet where they could live in peace together. The war between the two tribes ended because of good sex. All was well. The end. 】

[Welp, no getting out of this, it looks like. He's a little nervous given the... intimate nature of some of the required information on his resume, but there's no guarantee that this is THAT sort of offer, right? Yeah. He's just... gonna keep telling himself that. No sense in totally ignoring the message, anyway.]
hi, Matoba~
I suppose it depends on just which category you're referring to, heh. assuming you mean my work experience, I have a good millennia of doing crafts of various sorts, along with even longer handling combat situations under my belt! fighting's kind of my specialty, you might say, against all kinds of opponents
was there anything in particular you want to know more about? I'd be happy to help out if you need a hand with something
[...It almost feels a little too easy, to be able to broker deals face unseen and aura unfelt.]
[Then again, it's odd for ayakashi to use such human methods at all, isn't it?]
Fighting, you say? I wonder if you might tell me what sorts of opponents you are accustomed to?
For example, some require a little more delicacy than others. Opponents who are skilled with magic and trickery, and those who are all brawn must be handled quite differently.
Are you capable of overpowering an opponent without killing them?
[It's here that Yato hesitates in responding, debating on how much about himself he wants to reveal on a first meeting, such as it is.
Well... Nothing ventured, nothing gained, right?]
I've fought humans, ayakashi, and gods alike
while I'm more a direct fighter, I do have some skills in dealing with those who employ less direct methods, or have special abilities that require more finesse to handle
I definitely can do that - I'm also adept at using non-lethal force when it comes down to it. I'd be more powerful and have better control if my shinki were here, but I still can do plenty on my own
is there something in particular you're looking to have dealt with?
[Matoba might hazard a guess that this one is some manner of protective god. It's hard to know without encountering it in person, but it is far too friendly, and speaks far too akin to humans to be something that was born from the natural world- it must be something that was born from the human heart, he thinks.]
[What a dangerous thing to appear in a place full of corruption such as this.]
It seems you really do have a lot of experience. That fills me with some relief.
After all, as I'm sure you can tell, this "place" is filled with all manner of troublesome ayakashi that wish to prey on human souls. As one in the profession of protecting against such things, it's quite a lot to handle with so few capable hands.
[Matoba's guesses aren't far off the mark on several points. Guess it's because Yato himself is just so transparent, wearing his heart on his sleeve when it comes to dealing with people. He may not be big on delving into his past, but he's generally open about his feelings and who/what he is. There's no sense in lying, for one, and for another he has the pride of a god. Little god, big ego.
He's definitely out of his element with all the depravity running rampant around the resort, but thankfully he adapts quickly.]
I haven't encountered any ayakashi yet, but I can definitely believe that they'd inhabit a place like this, where resentments and longings are at play every day
my hands are a bit tied without a weapon, but I'd be happy to do what I can to help quell any unruly spirits. do they tend to congregate anywhere in particular, or is the whole place infested with them? it'd be good to know where to best focus my efforts to start with
[Even now, Matoba is always surprised at how easy it is for him to lead ayakashi by the nose in this place, where his traitorous blood's reputation is unknown. For now, he should simply play nice and gauge this god's power and temperament, right?]
[And then, when he knows how he can make use of it...]
It's probably unwise to discuss the torrid details where it can observe, but the big one that rules this realm has gone into hiding for a little bit, it seems. To put it simply, there was some excitement a few weeks ago, and it slipped up. I am surprised it had the energy to spirit away any more victims so quickly.
[Arguably more important: the curses that it laid on people for managing to glimpse at its true form. A predictable outcome for laying eyes upon such a powerful malevolent ayakashi, but as far as Matoba is concerned, an acceptable risk for the chance to know his opponent.]
Maybe it's fortunate. We may have an opportunity to do some damage, or to plan more thoroughly while it is licking its wounds, but we do not know where it is now.
That aside, there are a lot of mischievous smallfry around, but they are mostly just pests- wandering hands, poltergeists in the paintings and mirrors. I find that they try to corner you in private areas- bathrooms, changing rooms and the like. You may be able to lure them out by acting defenseless and unawares.
[Alas, Yato's a bit gullible when it comes to certain things, believing in everything from Santa to theme park mascots to fortune-telling. And with this being communication done over a network, he doesn't have any way of gauging this guy's honesty and nature beyond what he says in text.]
huh, these things are capable of reading what we write like this? that's pretty unusual for ayakashi where I'm from. although I suppose it could be attributed to a difference in worlds and thus the form they take. this major one sounds like it's a pretty nasty troublemaker if it's targeting multiple people
[Since usually they single out a particular human to attach themselves to in order to influence them. Very few are capable of mass possession.]
that sounds like a decent plan, provided we can locate it in time before it can recover its strength. although there's also the fact that an injured and cornered creature fights viciously
ah, now those sound like things that should be easy enough to handle, hehe! I'm pretty good at playing up the unsuspecting innocent victim, so I bet I could get rid of a bunch of these lesser ones on a daily basis. especially if the damn things do something annoying and piss me off. no mercy for punk ass nuisances!
Perhaps this will be clearer? We are "inside" of it. This entire realm, and that which has been attracted, that which dwells within it. Such a thing is certainly not common whence I am from either, but I have heard stories of it from the past, when more powerful ones were still rather common.
Follow the wrong path, and you may inadvertently step into a space where only spirits dwell. Such are the old warnings.
Caution and inaction are two sides of the same coin. But you are correct. Are you skilled with tracking? This realm has the power to twist and rearrange itself in order to protect its core, and my efforts to do so have been ineffective. Perhaps you will have better luck?
[He doubts it, but... It would be a good opportunity to test Yato's abilities. Wait, but speaking of that, why is he so proud of being able to seem helpless... hmm.]
I am quite glad to hear you are eager to assist. Then, I shall tell you of one I have encountered: it is a perverted old coot who haunts the fitting rooms in the clothing shop around "Love Dove". Perhaps you could start with him?
ah, yeah, that makes a lot more sense. I've been inside ayakashi before - I was wondering why this place was giving me a similar sense of unease just from being here. if it's less a place and more an entity in itself, then that would explain why everything makes my hair stand on end
thanks for the heads up. I'll be sure to exercise caution when it comes to exploring new areas
I have some innate ability to sense locations of spiritual beings, since I am one myself, but as for any specific tracking abilities... afraid not. combat's my forte almost to exclusivity, I'm somewhat ashamed to say. even so, I don't plan on sitting around on my duff and letting this place use as playthings. if there's anything to be found, I'm going to work to help find it so everybody can get out of here sooner rather than later
[He wishes he was more helpful when it comes to other skills. It's frustrating to be good at only killing things, especially in non-combat situations.]
sounds like a plan! an easy to locate one shouldn't prove to be too much trouble for me. do you know if they have a weapons shop somewhere around here? I could do with arming myself first
That's correct. A massive whirlpool which sucks in malice and emotion, souls and other, stray ayakashi with the force of its presence. And on top of that, it seems to have attracted a rather aggressive parasite. "The house".
I'm sure you will come to know its nature soon.
[Whether he'll decide it his enemy or become another of the entities twisted and corrupted by its influence- that is the danger Matoba must keep his eye on.]
My, could you be a yaksha? A war demon? We seem to attract so many of those.
[Not really. He's just thinking of one vibrant individual in particular.]
Ah, but perhaps I should mention. Weapons are forbidden in this place. A wise rule by our captor, to keep us all well-behaved. Far easier to tame with honey than punish with vinegar, hm? But I will tell you something good. If you can find it, there is a secret gambling hall where you might obtain useful items, including weapons.
Do be prepared to put something of worth on the line, though. That individual will not take low bets.
I guess a hotspot of spiritual activity would draw in those who are weak or vulnerable, or with a strong supernatural predilection. I wonder if this otherworldly place sits on the line between the Far Shore and the Near Shore. that'd explain a lot
[So if he views this place like an oversized, sentient ayakashi, perhaps he could whittle away at it bit by bit until they're freed from its influence? It's an unlikely theory, but the best one Yato's got right now.]
hah! kind of, in a way. rather than a demon, I'm a god. but you're right about me being a war god
[Not surprising really, given his resume. But it's something that's hardly a secret. He's proud of being a god, perhaps too much so.]
seriously?? no wonder they have so many captives, if that's the case. I bet if people were armed, they'd be out of here in a trice. glad to hear there's at least somewhere that deals in them, though, however obscure and hard to reach it may be. I'll certainly be keeping an eye out for it; I don't like being unarmed, even in a peaceful place. it's just not my nature
any idea of what sort of substantial bet one would have to place there? not our lives, I hope
[It's interesting to hear the appraisal of this situation from the mouth of a god. For as much information as someone with Matoba's power and position could glean on his own, some things were simply instinctual to ayakashi that a human could never hope to perceive, the same way or at all.]
[As to the correction- it takes a bit of self-control not to reply: same thing. But if only just because of what he has revealed.]
Do you reside in the upper plane?
[Talk of the near and far shores- is that what he meant? That gives the exorcist pause. Most kami left now were weaker, the ones that dwell on the Earth, far lower beings than those who had long since turned their eyes and ears from the world of men. None of them were beings who would be called to serve in Takamagahara.]
[Truly, the idea that such a god could even be drawn here... He should continue, tenuously, to be helpful.]
Perhaps. It seems that he is fond of organs and limbs.
[Maybe that could be read as a sarcastic joke. It's not.]
[For a god to find himself in such a situation is definitely unusual by any standards, that's for sure. Normally he wouldn't have been caught in such a trap if the circumstances were typical day-to-day situations. It takes a lot to sneak up on a god for one, and a hell of a lot to trap one for another.
The terminology might be different, but then again, if they're from different places as well, that means there could be important distinctions. He's not sure if that's the case, but it's safe to assume so.]
Eh, teeeechnically I can? But I'm more an earthbound god, and have been all my life. I only recently was admitted to the Heavens.
[They're probably talking about the same thing, or at least the same general ideas, but Yato can't help using the terminology that he's accustomed to out of habit. Gods are creatures who are slow to change, even if they're adaptable. Stubborn, you might say.]
Ugh, seriously? That's definitely some high stakes there... Not sure I wanna wager anything that serious for a shot at getting a weapon. I know that in most gambling dens, the games are rigged in favor of the house
[Given they're expected to fuck their way to freedom, he can absolutely believe this place would deal in body parts as well.]
[Hmm, so one who ascended, then? That's still a bigger fish to fry than any of the many shrine gods or mountain gods that Matoba is accustomed to dealing with. As much as he loathes to kowtow to any ayakashi, he should at least watch himself until he can ascertain Yato's abilities for himself.]
[Plus, he seems to be amenable to doing a bit of dirty work around the resort.]
I see. Combat skills are rarely of use around here, I am afraid, as cunning takes priority. But that is not to say they are without use. The resort had a little arena event not long ago, in fact.
[It was not exactly just clean ol' fighting fun, but. Details!]
You are quite right to be skeptical. However, in the particular den I speak of, the house has little control. The man in charge of that place seems the sort who loves a truly random game of chance- the stakes are still high, but they may be more fair than what you'll find in the house's casino.
If you do find that hidden lounge, please tell the bartender that "Misa" sent you. Then they will know that you are of interest to be admitted into the games. After that, it is all luck.
[Given that in his eyes, helping quell ayakashi and unruly spirits is part and parcel of being a god, he certainly has no qualms about lending a hand even to a stranger. It also helps that presently he has no idea he's being led around by the nose...]
well, thankfully I can be sneaky when I want to be~ though yeah, I'm definitely better suited to more straightforward brawls and events. shame I missed out on the arena! that sounds like it could've been fun
[Why does he imagine that with this place, it'd be more along the lines of something like sexy mud wrestling or such......]
now that is interesting in that case... I may be willing to try my luck should that prove to be true. since although I'm a god, I still need my key body parts. I'm not eager to lose a kidney or a limb just to get something to fight with. there's plenty of things that can make an impromptu weapon, if need be
Misa huh? got it~! I'll be sure to keep that in mind while I explore and poke around the joint. if I look hard enough, I'm bound to stumble across it eventually
[Sexy mud wrestling was only the start of it, Yato. Oh, you'll learn...]
Creativity is a better solution than risk, I agree! I was quite fortunate to win my tools in such a manner, low-risk, from this very gentleman. I am sure you will also find more creative ways to get your hands on whatever tools you may need.
It is an illusory establishment in an illusory realm. Quite the interesting place. Take a look in the mirror sometime, if you think yourself capable.
[Oh boy... If they think along his lines, then there's bound to be all manner of weird and kinky things!]
oh? mind if I ask what sort of tools you were able to acquire? I doubt I could get my weapons from home since they're actually people, but... well, one never knows, do they?
I'm definitely capable enough - it's mostly a matter of whether I'd be lucky enough. but it's worth a shot!

Creativity is a better solution than risk, I agree! I was quite fortunate to win my tools in such a manner, low-risk, from this very gentleman. I am sure you will also find more creative ways to get your hands on whatever tools you may need.

oh? mind if I ask what sort of tools you were able to acquire? I doubt I could get my weapons from home since they're actually people, but... well, one never knows, do they?
I'm definitely capable enough - it's mostly a matter of whether I'd be lucky enough. but it's worth a shot!
