Neuvillette is the impartial and aloof Chief Justice of Fontaine, as well as the Hydro Dragon of Teyvat. Though he appears distant on surface, he is kind and warm on the inside and primarily keeps his distance in order not to draw suspicion or question on his impartiality. He is also deeply emotional and often makes it rain whenever he's sad. He is an avid fan of water tasting and once held a party featuring dozens of different waters from all over Teyvat, and he has 48 daughters.
