TDM 06

【 Thank you for choosing the Golden Peacock, 5-star resort and casino. You are currently registered as a WILDCARD in our system.
On behalf of the house and resort, we would like to advise all Game 52 players to exercise caution around the Golden Peacock for the next few weeks. The veil between 'what is' and 'what has been' grows thin and the threads of fate have tangled in unexpected ways. We are currently observing how these two phenomena behave when they occur simultaneously and act in concert.
We advise that all guests monitor their physical states until the veil thickens once again and the threads of fate return to running parallel. If you find yourself undergoing any strange transformations, please report to the Broken Wing clinic for observation. We will do our utmost to make sure you are comfortable during this time.
You may also notice other strange phenomena around the Golden Peacock while the veil is thin. Please continue to exercise caution. New wayward spirits have joined us during this time. While spirits are crossing, it is possible for guests to get swept along into the ghostly realm.
As always, please let us know if there is anything we can do to improve your stay. 】

OOC NOTES
▶ All characters on the TDM are WILDCARDS, which means they have not yet been assigned a card value. Suits will not manifest until characters are accepted into the game.
▶ All TDMs are game canon. This TDM acts as the game's October event. Changes to the above locations will ICly be present from October 15th - November 3rd. All supernatural phenomenon will increase in strength over time, culminating in peak activity on All Hallows' Eve. The days following Halloween will relax, leading into eventual normalcy. Some locations are spared the supernatural frenzy, so players can play as normal if they wish to avoid these tropes/prompts. Players may assume that the supernatural come and go in the above specifically incorporated locations.
▶ Current characters may top level on the TDM. Any current characters posting to the TDM should note they are current in their subject header.
▶ The top level directory is for new characters only. We want to make sure new characters are prioritized and receive attention! If you would be interested in a game invitation, you can note that in your comment header.
▶ If you aren't satisfied with these prompts, please feel free to check out our LOCATIONS to explore more of the resort!
▶ Smut threads that take place on this TDM can be used for rewards. If both parties in the smut thread join the game, you may retroactively apply the character's initial card values to your 52 bank. If one character does not join the game the thread will not be applicable toward rewards (as that character would not have a card value). The character that does join would still receive a small payout for the encounter. Hopefully it was a fun thread regardless!
▶ We ask you to kindly add content warnings to your threads as appropriate. This TDM in particular has the potential to get real wild, so we want to emphasize this request!
▶ If you do not currently have permissions and kinks listed in your character’s journal we suggest leaving a note in your top level of any limits or boundaries for other players to reference.
▶ Go forth and let your freak flag fly!

Religion, huh? She was a follower of someone, but they didn't cover themselves in blood or worry about the marriage and whether the woman was "polluting" anything. If that was true, Yasha would've been dead ten times over. No, Stormlord wants her to do... something. She's not sure what, she was on the right track back home. Now, it's all muddled.]
I am worried about asking about women who refuse to marry and have husbands in general. So no, I don't think it's fair.
[She watches the movements intently, head tilted to the side. He four of spades in on her throat, the rose vines slowly unfurling from it and around her throat, influenced by the atmosphere and smoke of this entire place. But she looks like she's in full control right now.]
Those same men wouldn't have sons without women. If they think they are better than us and that we should drown for what we are, I say let them try to carry children. [She offers a smile, but there's a calculated coldness behind the red eyes (thanks to her being turned).]

Men have always been incredibly stupid about where their power actually comes from.
[It's said with a sigh, because really... It was terribly foolish of them, and yet, so terribly intrinsic to the gender. A true shame.]
I'm not going to lie... I would be very amused to see them deal with even a fifth of the pain of childbirth.
[Her bloody hand drifts slowly over her belly, tracing over it as though it might be swollen with a babe instead of flat, her stained fingernails leaving red lines over pale skin and the red peony tattooed over her womb. Her own eyes wander up the other woman's body, leisurely taking her in, imagining how slow the lace would soak up blood, but eventually... she lingers on the throat, and the mark there. Her own three of spades is on her right breast on a bed of honeycomb, the twin to her actual tattoo of a wasp on dripping comb on her left.
Roses, hmm? She pulls her fingers from her belly long enough to point.]
Does it suit you? That fake tattoo's design.

The woman disrupts her thoughts and Yasha has to chuckle and shake her head, watching the hand move over the skin,] I'd pay to see that.
[At the mention of the tattoo, Yasha's hand wraps around her neck, almost clutching at it, and frowns.]
Umm... I suppose. Many different things too. [She debates on whether it is wise to share her thoughts on it or not, it would reveal a good chunk of who she is to this woman. On the other side, no one really cares here about her and her past enough to exploit it against her.]
It is on the neck because I should've been executed. [Beheaded by Skyspear herself.] Thorns because my path was difficult, to say the least. Always having to fight to survive. As for roses... [she removes hand from the throat and sighs, head tilting to the side,] ...longing, I suppose. [Others would say her gentler side, but those 'others' aren't here.]

That's a pretty layered tale. It's like the resort knows you better than all the rest of us.
[She has been paying particular attention to the tattoos- or, rather, what many people tended to refer to as tattoos. She did not. Perhaps it is her hobby, she has so many herself, most of them visible despite the blood staining her skin from the pool.]
Longing, hmm... ?
[As if she has taken on a challenge, she muses aloud, lips pursing slightly as she mentally browses her "catalog", years of reference and study and cultural experience that leads her to say,]
I would have gone with crocus... Or perhaps false acacia...
[Stained fingertips brush over her own throat, one of the few surfaces of her upper body actually free of any colored ink. But as she does... her eyes turn back to Yasha, her smile turning a bit sharper. She is leaning closer, the movement encouraging the honeycomb inked on the inner curve of both breasts to kiss in the center.]
Perhaps you'll let me ink you sometime... I could do far better work than some casino artist, that I promise you.

She has a frown on her face while the woman ponders the flowers and the meaning behind them, and only the offer of getting a tattoo catches her attention. She never considered getting one, even if she traveled with seasoned people who did wonderful tattoos. Hell, her best friend was a peacock, a wonderful tapestry of tattoos that were a thing to behold.
Her eyes finally take in all of the ink a woman has on her skin, eyes taking in all the curves of her body, but mastery of the art as well. A tattoo... she could get one- no, two--!!]
It never crossed my mind but, I'd like to have a tattoo. Well, two of them, perhaps. [She shakes her head] I wouldn't let this place give me tattoos of my own will.
