Wildcard

[ The script is simple enough. He's supposed to play the role of a corporate executive working with another one on projects. The story goes that Troy's department had underperformed in the latest collaboration, and his partner is upset about it - according to the script anyway. The classic war between engineering's practicality vs architects' vision was the root of the issue, apparently, with Troy being the head of the engineering and construction division.

Whether or not he found out she was the girl behind the wall in that clothing store, Troy has put his mind on the mission. He is no spy, or undercover operative, but when he puts his mind into doing something, Troy can at least be passable. The key in his mind is the prize, keeping his eye on it and going through this latest craziness with a clear goal.

Troy is in the set, dressed in a well-fitted double-breasted suit with a pair of eyeglasses that make him just slightly less of the rugged man he usually is. One hand in his pocket and the other on a glass of whisky (which is just iced tea), Troy is asked to look over the window and stare at the fake city skyline. He's meant to say his line when he hears the sound of Rin's footsteps, ]


I'll give it to you and your department. This ivory tower of yours does have a nice view.

[ Troy says his line naturally, a little tug on his lips of both amusement and in line with his role as an executive. He takes a sip of his drink and keeps his look forward, just to add a bit more smugness. A part of it, though, is rooted in how ridiculous this all is. ]
