You get assigned a suit once they decide that you're gonna be a permanent guest, and you get a mark like this somewhere on your body. If you keep having sex, it's all fine and dandy, but if ya don't, then that mark gets literally dark, and nasty, giving you side effects depending on what suit you are, until you have sex.
