[It brings a little bit of a smile to his lips, and warmth to his face, but he does his best to act as though he's not effected by the compliment.]
Thank you, Aerith.
[He watches her check the doors, moving toward the front of the vehicle himself to look through the partition (it's a little bit open) and there doesn't seem to be anyone in the front of the limousine. Rude uses his hands, pausing to note his lack of gloves and mourn their loss before forcing the panels as far apart as they go but there's glass there, and even if he breaks it, he can't fit through the space.
Rude looks at Aerith as she tries another door, frowning.]
Would you believe me if I told you I've been here before? [He shakes his head at himself, then sighs because the nature of the memory makes him want to keep it to himself.]
Maybe it was a dream. But..this place..Tseng told me what it expects from people. [His face heats up in embarrassment the more he gets closer to the point, uncharacteristically avoiding what he's trying to say directly.] It wants to get people together. I think that's why they locked us in here together--in these clothes.
[Hopefully she catches on so he doesn't have to feel vulgar in front of Aerith.]
