(don't worry kabru, he's just extremely perceptive. the part where he's a human lie detector aside. he's quiet for the time being, not pointing out how he knew or how karna has that sense of it. karna was never one for conversation, which is part of why he's keeping himself from doing much. maybe he might wonder how someone can be that caught off guard. luckily, he doesn't read minds. karna can't do that, but he can make things worse by pointing out the number of times someone lied. he won't do that unless someone particularly gets on his nerves.
that didn't seem to be the case here, except karna finds himself blinking at the die numbers. 6 and 9? which was that ag-....nipple slap. right as his new companion screams it. the hero of benediction must have his nipple slapped by poor kabru, who seems to be having a heart attack. don't ask how karna himself is unfazed. that's a bigger mystery, but he did deal with a lot so far during his stay at the resort. getting his nipple slapped now included.
well, for that karna reaches to unbutton his vest and dress shirt for kabru. the jacket he wore was hung over on the chair he's seated in. the vest and shirt soon fall open to reveal his pale skin. what's there of it, anyway, not counting the edges of burnt flesh from his father's touch upon him to acknowledge him.)
