texas can only be grateful that none of the other girls from penguin logistics was here next. she would have expected it, truthfully. waking up one day to learning one of them showed up and that, at worse, it might be exusiai. sora can get destroyed by the resort too, this is true, but exusiai would not be the same unlike her. not from how much happens (or how much the resort aims to break people) while staying here. she almost wants to ask does she really think that she's joking? texas doesn't joke about that. not about something that sounds this absurd. which leaves the question, she has a guess or two on what they're doing.
she's seen that joint some of them were smoking and caught the scent of it. honestly, she hates it. texas isn't sure what the hell it is, but she does know that she wants nowhere near it. it spells bad news to her.)
If I had to guess? That joint they're smoking. When they look tired, it peps them back up after smoking it.
(she's rejected staff members asking if she wanted some to replace her cigarettes, she's not going near it with a ten foot pole. too risky. some of the people looked like they were out cold when it wore off. the high from it, that is. that leaves more than enough room for things to get terrible, terrible and almost certainly risky for them. they're still a pair of girls.
and this place is full of freaks, it didn't take a genius to get the idea that sleeping after coming down hard from that can cause someone to think they found a nice "partner". or that's the paranoia talking, damn place has been making her slightly more paranoid than she was back home.)
It's useful when it has to be, since they're nicer to me.
