Troy Dantes | OC | New Player

PARKING GARAGE:
[ Troy is no stranger to waking up in strange places. It's never due to some substance abuse, but rather the even stranger phenomena of different worlds. So as strange as it is to wake up to this new world, Troy had his experience to thank that he's not feeling particularly upset. Still, something about it never gets easier. It's still disruptive to his life back home, and he's feeling like this sudden trip might be caused by the enchanted forest he lives at back in his world.

To wake up inside a luxurious limousine was new; peeking outside of the windows show he's in a packed lot, then looking back inside he sees he's not alone. He's glad there's enough headroom for him not to bump his head on the roof. ]

So. First time waking up in a strange car?

[ He asks, wry smile forming on his lips as some sheepishness shows through his calm ]

1 OR 11:
[ All he wanted was some peace and quiet to think. But Troy finds himself lead by his decisions towards a secluded room with a question on its silvery door. Seeing as his only choice is this door or going back to the noise, Troy goes ahead and crosses this area. Immediately, he's asked to draw a card like everyone else, and with a sigh he complies - drawing an ace of spades.

When he arrives at the central lounge that connects to the many private bedrooms, Troy scans the area to see many faces. Studying their expressions with a distant gaze, Troy decides to people watch for a bit before he takes note of someone that piques his interest. ]

Hey, how you doin'?

[ Troy asks, comfortably leaning on his side and gives a warm smile with his calm words. He figured approaching someone like a normal person with a normal greeting would be a welcome thing to do in this strange situation. ]

Here I thought this place would be more relaxing than the game floor, but feels like you can cut the tension here with a butter knife.

[ He states with a shrug. He might have called it tense but he seems to be doing okay, but he looks at the others in the lounge and feels like a lot of them are rightfully nervous. ]

HOUSE OF CARDS:
[ Troy looks at the elaborate stack of cards before him and the stranger in the adjacent side of the table. He admires the impressive stack of cards, but shoots that same appreciative glance towards his partner through the gaps of the card tower. ]

Y'know, I think I'll let you have the honors of going first. So, ask away. I got nothing to hide.

[ He says, despite being the one to take a card from the middle - a daring and risky move - slipping the card to his fingers but reserves the contents of the card to himself, gesturing to his partner to ask the first question ]

AFTERCARE/MORNING AFTER:
[ Troy opens his eyes and immediately feels his senses arouse from slumber. His body isn't what can be called "normal", so grogginess isn't something he experiences. Alcohol and drugs don't affect him either, so his mind is as clear as it was before he decided to spend his first sleep in this new world. The only things clouding it are thoughts of just what kind of world did he ended up in. He sits up quietly, sensing he's not alone. He takes a deep breath and helps his body wake up fully, stretching his neck side to side and letting the cool air give him goosebumps all over his bare torso.

He looks to the other person next to him. With a gentle lay of his hand, he checks if they're awake. Whether they had done the deed or simply slept next to each other, Troy's caring nature makes him concerned for how they're feeling. ]

If you want five more minutes, I wont stop you. But the free food they got us is gonna get cold. Or eaten. By me.

FESTIVAL:
[ OOC: Troy's info and permissions posts should be easy to find in his journal. I left my starters pretty open, but feel free to contact me via DM or [plurk.com profile] onlypuns if you prefer something more tailor-made for our characters! ]
