[ It is not often that Joshua finds himself requesting for help from anybody, especially in a situation like this. It's rather embarrassing, really, and he's not quite sure he's ready to talk about this with anybody just yet.

Anybody except the winner, that is.

There's a smile on his face as he gets down the stage, taking that offered hand as he very slowly hops down, stretches his legs, and lets out a sigh. He'd be laughing right about now if he could, but he understands that there are many eyes on them right now. After all, this man—Sylvain, he calls himself—has just won himself the Phoenix! ]


It is a pleasure, Sylvain. I owe you my life.

[ He says so as he places a hand over his heart and bows. Once his back is straight again, there's a twinkle in those blue eyes of his, relieved now and immediately putting his trust in the other man. ]

Quite dramatic, isn't it? I apologise for the unnecessary attention put on you now.
