( they’d come to the same conclusion, with the limited information they were given. what was it that changed, that caused so much more people to be brought here? is there any other way it could be addressed? makoto isn’t even really sure if addressing the “needs” of this place will return them home any quicker—if you catch three fish but only need one for dinner, why one earth would you let the rest go when you could instead of keep them to eat for later? ) It hasn’t been very easy learning more about this place, but it’s not impossible, and I think we’ll get the clearest picture if we all work together.
