Joint brattiness aside, the last thing she wants is to have another cute girl walk around bare foot when she didn’t want to. It’s a small act of kindness but one that manages to surprise her. It might have to do with being away from home and everything that comes with that, but even if that is making her more sensitive to kindness, that doesn’t make it any less sincere. ]
