Isn't that you?

[Nope, not going to ever acknowledge he is happy and joyous. All of that was just her imagination! She's just projecting her own feelings into him.

His vents huff in amusement. Even the day? Well, he can't say he'd dislike it if Monika wants to keep him every night and day. He isn't busy here as he was in his life... he could afford to simply lay down with Monika without much care about the rest of the world.

Her hand on his faceplate has him leaning against it. However small her hand is compared to his head, it's still the warmest touch he's ever had in his life. His larger metal hand moves up to lightly press against the back of hers, wanting her hand to stay there indefinitely.

The soft moment gets sidetracked when Monika makes her request. Surprise flits across his face. More evident on the avatar's face, blinking rapidly before he settles back to his usual lineface.]

Of all the request you could've made...

[He did not expect that one. At all.

However, as much as he'd hesitate, he still has to honor his words. He did say anything, and so he has to face the consequences of his words. ... At least he didn't ask him to take off his faceplate, otherwise he might've hesitate a little more than he is right now.

With a sigh from his vents, the visor slowly slides down into his faceplate and reveals his glassy, bright yellow optics hiding underneath, glowing. White circular iris stares down at Monika, waiting for her response. The eyes are the window of the soul. Now, Monika can read his properly. There's still the sense that he's a lot in his tired optics, but there's something different in them now. More warmth and kindness.... and uncertainty.... though the last part is because he doesn't typically show his optics to anyone. He's flustered.]
