I wonder if he is cursed in some way... he won't be long for this world if so.

[Concord is a bummer, looking grim and yet speaking rather nonchalant. Nature works in mysterious ways, but curses are inherently unnatural. There should be some way to banish such a thing before the poor man perishes from thirst! (He doesn't realize it's not that serious.......)]

There must be something to be done for him.
