if he hadn't known quincy for decades, he'd be convinced the man had some kinda inflation kink. but he knows this is just his way to showing he cares, not that rei asked for that. but he's realized that he doesn't have to ask for people to care about him, they'll just do it anyway. and he's still processing that. it's a lot to process for sure, and he's definitely been focusing on his experiments instead because that's less scary and vulnerable!

I'd say we don't really have much of a choice in whether we get to go, considering what happened to the Grand Sorcerer. But theoretically, you can stay here as long as you want to as long as you don't complete the deck. For your situation, the influx of newbies results in a few of them not sticking around. That's been on ongoing trend, so you'll either stick around or go back to whatever's going on back home with your little friend and the pain in the ass fox.
