She'd always wanted to live a life that felt normal, far outside of her role as a weapon of war, but she still needed her suit in order to exist under the shackles of her sickness safely. Without that asset here with her, she didn't know what to expect of her state of being, and the mere thought of it had been making her dig her fingers into the sand next to her progressively deeper throughout the starry evening, scratching and itching at the surface as if it could ease her anxiety.
