[It strikes Rufus abruptly, what an odd notion it is: harassment not because of who he is or what he has or actions taken by something he's responsible for, but because he's wearing the wrong clothes. These musclehead gulls don't care that he's Rufus Shinra, don't know or care enough about his name to want something from him or want to see him bleed for it. He's just wearing the wrong clothes, and they've got an opinion about it.
