“Was?” Right, Peter must be from after. Loki knows what happened, of course, but the details of things that happened after his own death are spotty at best. The reel Mobius showed him of his life really only contained the highlights. He knows Thanos killed him, knows the Avengers went back in time to get the Infinity Stones in order to stop the Mad Titan and that’s how he’s ended up here, but he’s only vaguely aware of what Tony did in the end. If they couldn’t be bothered to give him the details on Ragnarok, it’s hardly surprising he doesn’t know the fates of all the Avengers though. “I am sorry to hear that. He was a solid opponent.”

Loki cringes slightly at his own words. He might be getting better at dealing with people and emotions, but he’s not exactly good at it yet.

“I have heard he could be a bit of a handful. I suppose that makes some sense from the little I interacted with him.” It really sounds like a shame he didn’t get to meet him in better times.
