Oh. Right. That makes sense. [ She laughs weakly. ] Sometimes I forget you're dinosaur-aged...

[ She could sense the change in atmosphere. A little joke helps, right?

There's a sigh. At least his touch had felt nice. He's always trying to be so careful with her, she can tell. So fragile, isn't she? If she'd wanted to do anything to right the wrongs he'd faced, there's no way she could manage it. What would she do, try to find a gun? Even then, just being up against Soundwave's body, she figures that'd be as good as throwing a rock at him. At this point, she's convinced nothing short of a nuke could take his kind out.

Her head leans against him while she wipes away the other fallen tear. No point in worrying herself over something she can't fix. Her anger fades, and she's left with a feeling of warmth. At least she has him. ]


Thank you for doing the same for me.

[ A silence follows, definitely an awkward one. Mainly on her end, though. A thought's hit her, one that's uncomfortable. Mostly because she finds herself wondering if she's really going to offer what she's considering. It's a strange feeling, wanting to share...

For now, she closes the book. It won't be hard to find where they left off, considering the page is so unique. ]
