No, he really can't tell if Luke has some personal gripes with the phrase "Master", though the sweet act after the passive aggressive moves makes it clear that he's doing it to be ironic. Still, the idea of someone scraping about calling him Master even as a joke makes Narumi want to break out in hives. He's fast to wave his hand in the air dismissively. ]
