Mordred doesn't take offense to learning she was nearly passed over, in all honesty she's used to being overlooked... or maybe underestimated was the better term? she's typically pretty self sufficient but something about this place gets under her skin in ways she's never experienced. like how hot she'd been feeling moments ago and now suddenly goosebumps prickle along her skin with a shiver as a cold chill washes over her. she pauses a moment to stare at the empty bottle, trying to fit the pieces of the puzzle together. her body isn't normally this sensitive to fluctuation in temperature... was it something in the water... or...? ]
