[Admittedly Shinobu's experience in unruly or uncooperative patients is a short list since most of her referrals are already unconscious by the time she sees them. But once in a blue moon she will get that grimacing individual, the one that refuses medications no matter how sickly they feel, the one that tries to climb out of bed despite being subjected to rest for several days, the one that—

—apparently tries to spit flower petals at her.

The lump lands on the floor, nearly between her feet. Shinobu's bright eyes blink slowly as she observes the woman doubling over, her expression clinically neutral. Normally intervention would be necessary if the woman was actively choking on the petals but it seems she can still breathe... somewhat.]
