He could. He won't though. He finds it itchy and it doesn't particularly suit him. He'll leave the beards to Thor and the moustaches to Mobius, thanks. But Peter has nothing to worry about with any possible maliciousness. That's not who Loki is anymore and he never wants to go back to that.

That is an offer Loki couldn't imagine refusing. Peter has already shown him some of his talents and to say he's not interested in more would be a lie. Not that Loki isn't known for lying, but he is trying to be better about that now.

In Loki's opinion, Peter is just fine the way he is. He might have a modicum of respect for Stark (sometimes he thinks he and Tony could've been pretty good friends, if not for the whole throwing him out a window thing), but he's also a firm believer in being who you are and thus, Peter should not attempt to be anyone but himself.

"Excellent. That is what I was hoping to hear." With a snap of his fingers, which is really just for show, Peter will find himself suddenly fully naked. "There, that's better." Loki's eyes trail down Peter's rather fit body. Oh yes, he is quite going to enjoy making him come. "Now, look at me. You will keep eye contact no matter what, do you understand?"
