[ Her sleep is incredibly peaceful, probably the most peaceful she's had since getting dropped into an entirely new life. Nightmares didn't haunt her. She wasn't subjected to endless reminders of how utterly alone she is. But, most curious of all, not once did she spend time with the muddled, blurry form of a person she's never seen, an amalgamation of a million conflicting suppositions of who the Player was. She simply slept.

That wouldn't be a consideration until she was awake and had time to digest that, then most likely find some way to delusion it away. Until that time, she's still at peace, something that's apparent on her sleeping face. Sometime in the night, she'd curled up closer to him, her cheek practically glued to his side. (If she drooled on him, he's imagining things.) Thankfully for him, his touch doesn't wake her completely, but it does begin to pull her out of her slumber. She makes a quiet noise once she stirs a bit more, fingers twitching where they'd never left his chest. Mm, so warm. That humming was like the best ASMR ever, too. Maybe she fell asleep on a computer...
Her eyes remain closed, but she's suddenly wide awake. The memories break through their dam and violently flood in. That's no computer.
Monika makes another noise. She's not hungover, since she had much less to drink and is also not ancient, but her mouth's uncomfortably dry and she's feeling incredibly groggy, despite being awake and aware. That makes this incredibly awkward situation worse. Maybe she'll just keep pretending to be asleep and that not-computer will get up and let her have a minor freakout in peace. Time to do her best sleeping maiden impression, then.
