Eh, it doesn't really matter. He'll just be delaying sleep time if he asked, and Soundwave is really tired as well. Still, he promised he'll wait for her to fall asleep first before he does, so he does exactly that. Soundwave watches her in silence as she gradually falls asleep, not doing much else as it seems that the hum in his chest alone is enough to lull her to sleep.
And once, he confirms that she is sleeping soundly, he joins her and his visor slowly loses its light until they grey out entirely as he falls to slumber. "I'm with you," huh... He doesn't understand why she would say something like that to him.... But for some reason it makes him happy.
