[ Unfamiliar with the idea of time management--as in forgetting yet again that real time doesn't move like game time--Monika doesn't return for quite a while. It may also be because she had to scream in her bathroom after dropping off her dress, but what he doesn't know won't hurt him.

Eventually, she returns, looking much less like an 80s bridal nightmare. She pulls at the end of the ribbon the staff had given her for her signature ponytail, much silkier and soft than anything she was used to. The same goes for the clothes, a simple white blouse and a flowing floral skirt. Perfect for such an esteemed newlywed! they cooed, pampering her like no other. Add that to the list of reasons why she took forever. That treatment was nice!

After spotting Soundwave, she stops fiddling with her hair, then picks up two of the complimentary chilled mimosas on the way over. The smell wafting up from the delicate flutes is pleasantly fruity. She's getting more excited to try one. ]

Hey there! Didn't start any fires while I was away, did you~?

[ She seems more cheerful now, more like herself. The reset did her good, apparently. ]

Here you go~ [ She hands over a mimosa then takes a seat, giggling at how fluffy the chair is as she sinks in. Luxury is nice, too! ] So, what'd you get? Was it--oh, no!

[ She'd set down her mimosa to grab her coffee. Woe is her. Taking an age to get back had consequences! Who knew. ]

Aww, my drink's all cold now...

[ He can talk. She'll multitask and mourn her loss while he does. ]
