[ Before her roguish companion answers, Hilda has a feeling that she'll know it is before she hears it.

Whether Vi intends to or not, her answer is enough to distract her from the thought of the scar between her chest and the likelihood of people seeing it. She's more amused, or maybe the best word is flattered, that she's attractive enough to have someone interested in licking that much whipped cream off her. Because if the set up the casino attendees were getting ready for is any indication, it's a fair amount to keep this interesting and enough of a challenge for everyone involved. At least for Hilda, this isn't even so much about winning whatever prize is on offer; she'd never had much of a competitive spirit to begin with because of her self imposed laziness. For her, this was just as much about the experience than anything else. ]

I was hoping you'd say that.

[ They're quickly ushered to their start places - Vi to the front of the crowd and Hilda just behind the changing screen that's been set up for the lickee's modesty (which is a silly thing to think about in hindsight considering what's about to happen). She's stripped down, her wedding finery set aside and well away from the whipped cream mess that was about to be made. As soon as she arranges her hair into some sort of updo, the game managers descend upon them, covering each of the contestants from the collarbone down in whipped cream.

It's strange, realizing what she's just suggested and agreed to. But by the time she can start to have any sort of regrets, the changing screen is tucked away and they're once again facing their partners and the small crowd. Those game managers certainly knew how to work quick. Hilda's cheeks are tinged slightly pink when she meets Vi's eyes but no less full of amusement at the ridiculous nature of this. ]

I won't take it personally if you can't clean me off.
